I bought a 08 Yamaha R6S, and wanted the rear fender off, so I bought a flasher integrated / brake lights, flush and want to get rid off the flashing lights. So my questions are:
Do you have concealed signs of labor?
Are they easy to see?
Are they street legal?
Is it easier to find the flashing lights that look like lamps and mirrors?

Flush mounts work very well.
They are so easy, less easy to see from the inventory. (If you have a better focus.)
They are street legal.
Enough to see "easily" is brilliant or modular adapter flashing brake lights when stopping.
