It is believed that the chain has been revised and later passed to his daughter Princess Elizabeth. We see in this picture:

He also said that the chain saw (original or revised), readers used by Elizabeth in the group portrait of a family of Whitehall, which I could not find can be. But had not known of their existence after Elizabeth. I hope this helped = D

I think it is lost. Perhaps this could be buried with her. But you never know.

It was lost over time. It most likely passed to Elizabeth and was refashioned or perhaps destroyed after her death. A lot of royal jewels were broken down during Cromwell's reign in the civil war. Some say that the large tear drop pearls on the present British crown belonged to Elizabeth and could possibly come from this necklace.
